Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items

• Personalized/custom items (made specifically for you)

• Gift cards

• Items marked final sale

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Reason for return

• Photos (if damaged/incorrect)
